Nathalie Dreyfus founded Dreyfus in 2004. She advises companies and intellectual property firms on the protection, management and enforcement of trademarks, designs, domain names, copyright, patents and digital assets in France and across the European Union.

She is accredited as an expert before French courts and by the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center and the Forum. She also lectures at the French National School for the Judiciary and regularly contributes to intellectual property publications.
